Covid-19

All products are handled with minimum touching only when required.  As this is an online shop only none of the stock products will be handled by our customers in the public. Occasionally we will attend festival and events and stock will be held to a minimum in these events to reduce stock exposure risk of covid-19 from the public at events.  Normal trading does not include shop front activities.

Where possible new shipments into our premises are isolated for a set period of time, allowing for outbreaks from interstate and the items have been quarantined from the rest of our stock..

If staff are feeling unwell, they are tested to ensure no covid-19 is passed onto handled products.  All appropriate sanitary measures are taken when dealing with products and postage.  If in the case Covid-19, was detected we will advise the authorities immediately and the customers also in case possible of contamination.

Postage days have been limited to once weekly to ensure postage lots are tracked in case of event break outs.  If the business has been place into quarantine status, all order processing will be stopped and customers advised on delays on shipments. 

We follow social distancing, hygiene procedures and cleaning protocols required of the Covid-19 pandemic.

In relation to returns, each return will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
